Young organic white wine with Vegan certification. Chaval is a wine committed to creativity. We want each wine to tell a story. Chaval Macabeo is made with careful monitoring of the ripening process to determine the optimum time for harvesting and subsequent selection of grapes and controlled fermentation at low temperature.
Appearance
Straw yellow colour, clean and bright.
Nose
Very aromatic wine, where the characteristic and intense notes of the aroma of Macabeo can be clearly appreciated. Reminiscent of floral fragrances.
Taste
In the mouth it is a wine with a very pleasant acidity, which gives it freshness. It has a smooth passage through the mouth and a good persistence on the palate.
Food pairing
Ideal with light dishes from our Mediterranean area such as fish and non-fatty cheeses.
